The Family Behind the Homes
We're Elizabeth & Jonathan — and these are our homes away from home.
We spend our own holidays in both houses. The linens we sleep on, the coffee we brew in the morning, the trails we take when we have guests — those are the same things we've laid out for you.
We look after every stay personally, with a great team on the ground to make sure everything runs smoothly. Ask us anything — the restaurant worth the drive, the trail worth the early wake-up, the quiet spot most guests miss. We love sharing what we know.

Estes Park, Colorado
A glass house on the shoulder of Ram's Horn Mountain, ten minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Floor-to-ceiling walls open onto a wide-angle view of the Mummy Range — the kind of view you find yourself standing still in front of, coffee going cold in your hand.
Built for big groups and slow mornings. A sauna, a hot tub under the stars, a kitchen that can actually feed ten.

Breckenridge, Colorado
True ski-in, ski-out on Peak 9. A hop and a skip from the garage to the Quicksilver lift. About five minutes on foot to Main Street when you want dinner without driving.
In summer the aspens come up around the deck and the whole place goes quiet. A garage full of gear in winter; a garage full of bikes in July.

Felt like royalty — every morning we woke up to purple sunrises through glass walls. The attention to detail in every room is unmatched.
